-
- - Established applications that printed reliably with

-
- - Newer Hewlett Packard printers cannot be used because
- output to them from the Acorn parallel port is extremely
- slow.
-
- Users of versions of !Printers earlier than 1.53 should update to

- OS 3.70) already have these patches catered for in the riscos370sa
- patch set (qv)

-
- drawfile:
- A module to facilitate easier rendering of Draw files in the Desktop.

- ** There's been some major confusion kicked up about the distribution
- rights on this one. The definitive distribution details, direct from
- Developer Support, are:
-
- "Distribution of System resources
- To date, any Developer wishing to distribute !System, its modules and
- !Sysmerge with his own products has required a Binary Distribution
- Agreement to do so. Registered Developers may now ship these Acorn
- Copyright items without the formality of an agreement provided that
- they comply with certain requirements:
-
- They distribute !System together with !Sysmerge and !Scrap
- They ship only the latest versions released by Acorn
- Acorn's Copyright is acknowledged in the documentation
- Only appropriate Acorn modules are shipped in the modules directory."
-
- This agreement has now been extended to *un*registered (ie unofficial)
- developers, so provided you comply with the above, distribute away!**
